At his cue, they all got up and began to get back to work again, though this time, with a renewed sense of joy about their steps. Sky turned to Shauna and smiled, as the girl was about to leave. “Really, thanks for everything you do.” She said and then turned, grabbed a few books and followed Titus back down the stairs to begin the process of re-shelving what had been un-shelved.
Sky moved along with the books, her step somewhat lighter than even before, something one would have not thought possible for one as energetic and bouncy as she could be. This day had proven to be much more than she had ever hoped for. It was one thing to be together with everyone, but what had transpired I their little lunch time together, could not have been foreseen and now, what was to be her new beginning had become a new beginning for them all and this made her step lighter and her soul brighter than ever.

Titus continued to carry books down the stairs in stacks and continued to talk and laugh with the other mages as the carried the rest of the shelves and tables down the stairs. He of course, took extra time chatting with Sky, his age-old friend and new neighbor; he even went out of his way to talk to her unlike the others who he happily kidded in passing.
Before too long, all the shelves and books were on the ninety-eighth floor and the tables were dispersed between a number of levels below. All that was left then was for the boys to put together the sliding shelf units that Sky had proposed; the plans for which were already laid out. After that, the books could be re-shelved.
“Do we want to move your things up today or tomorrow?” Titus asked as the last of the books were loaded onto the ninety-eighth floor. It was mid afternoon by then and the other mages were all very tired. “I know they will all want to crack open their cool keg downstairs.” He added smiling at the working men. “And I think they definitely deserve it.” He concluded, looking over at Sky. Titus of course was eager to get his new neighbor settled in one the ninety-ninth floor, but even he was starting to grow a little tired. They had started pretty early in the morning and they had gotten a lot of work done.

Sky of course, was very eager to get herself moved into her new home, but Titus was right, they had all been working very hard. Even the little Mage had started to tier, though perhaps not so much as the rest. She looked around the ninety-eighth floor at the faces of the others and then to Titus.
“It can wait until to marrow.” She stated with a warm smile. “You’re right, it has been a very long day and I think we’ve all done enough.” She finished and then turned to look at the books lying on the tables. “I think these will be safe enough here for the night as well the shelving unit won’t take long to finish and I honestly don’t have too many things I will need help with moving, I don’t after all have much room over there.” She grinned, now thinking about he room she was going to have and then even laughed slightly. “Should make for a much shorter day tomorrow.” She added after that little half laugh.
It was for the best anyway, she still wanted to pack her clothes up and a few other things over at her old place before she started moving them and this would give her plenty of time to do so. She continued to smile as she thought about it all. So much had happened in one small day, so many things had come to light and she was really quite satisfied, even if it did mean just one more night of anticipation. Of course, to her, that was nothing really as it would keep her bouncing off the walls as if on some miracle drug for another twenty-four hours at least. To this thought, she also laughed, for the other it was for no apparent reason and they looked at her oddly for a moment, but thought nothing of it really, she was who she was after all and sometimes, it was just best not to ask.
“So, what ya think Titus?” She turned and raised a brow. “Ready to go help them tap that keg and get on with the night then?” She asked, a twinkle in her dark orbs. She was just as ready to have a bit of fun as the rest by this time.

“I don’t think I’ll be taking up any of the boys’ ale. I’ll wait until tonight for that, when we have more kegs brought in for that shindig.” Titus answered and winked at the mages, starting on something he hoped Sky would agree. “We have that bottle upstairs though, for the celebration you suggested this morning. When were you thinking to use that one up?” he asked, putting one arm around his old friend. He didn’t necessarily want to pop the cork that afternoon; it may even be best later since they would only be going back down the tower after anyways. He did want to spend a little more time with just Sky though, before heading down to join the others downstairs.
“We could always take a look around town and find you more things to fill your space.” He added, smiling at Sky as he looked around the large space. They were still on the ninety-eighth floor, not the near empty ninety-ninth, but they were of course, the same size.

Sky smiled and then grinned widely. “Yes, later then.” She replied to him. “And no, not the bottle yet, we will definitely save that for later tonight.” She told him and smiled again as he put an arm about her waist. Her natural reaction to this of course, was to wiggle her arm under his and wrap it around and lay her head on his shoulder and smile ever so contentedly.
“You know...” she then said turning her head to look up at him again, her dark orbs sparkling at his suggestion of shopping. “You are brilliant, what would I ever do with out you.” She laughed. “Shopping is always a good idea, no matter what the cause.” She added with a wink. “And right now, I couldn’t think of a better reason TO shop.” She added.
Sky was glad for a reason to get out, she’d been cooped up all day long and this could not have been a better time to do it. It would also allow her some time alone with Titus, before the crowd began to arrive at the tower. Of course, they always had his room to retreat too, they also had to be certain to make their rounds at the party later as well before opening that bottle as she definitely wanted that left between the two of them, it was what it was meant for. She grinned again at her selfishness when it came to Titus and then laughed slightly and turned to the guys. “Well, what are you waiting for, there’s a keg down there with your name on it.” She told them and laughed again as the thought dawned on their faces that they truly were done for the day.

“Oh dear Sky.” Titus started as they made their way for the stairs. All the other mages had scurried past them by then, willing to run even for the keg they were so eager to open. “Without me all this would be yours.” Titus joked and gave Sky a nudge as they walked. He joked, but it was true. “You wouldn’t need more furniture.”
They headed down the stairs after all the others, though at a far more casual pace as Titus at least, was in no fast hurry. “So is it off to the marketplace then?” he asked, smiling warmly at Sky. Titus did so love to roam the city streets and the market place. There he could see all the people interacting in society. Even if he was no good at relating to those people, he liked to observe them and at very least, try to understand and participate in society.

Sky chuckled to his telling her this would all be hers. And then she stopped and nudged him with her elbow. “Then I don’t want it.” She stated. “If it means no you.” She finished and smiled as they continued down the stairs and to a day of walking the streets together and of course, shopping. “And yes, shopping it is.” She stated quite firmly.
She was excited but at the same time, honestly had no idea what she wanted but she supposed she’d figure it out once they got down there and she had begun to look around, as it was usually the case. She never knew what she wanted when she was shopping, unless of course it was a simple trip to run into town and grab something she already knew she wanted and or needed.
“Oh, and let’s not forget to stop by a caterer for dinner tonight to feed everyone as well.” She then reminded him, though probably hadn’t needed to she did all the same. For someone so tiny, she did eat a lot, but that was probably due to her constant movement as it seemed she never slowed down, even after all these years.

Titus smiled and laughed merrily at Sky’s response to her hypothetical inheritance. “Then who would have it then if not you or I?” he asked, jokingly of course as the situation was not one he currently foresaw, nor wanted to consider.
Shopping would do them both some good. They both tended to do things on their own, so going out on the town together would be a healthy thing to do. Titus always kept money in all his pants so he would be able to buy a good deal of things for his dear old friend at the market. In all his time alive, the old mage had accumulated a great deal of wealth that he never paid attention to, so the pocket change to him, was actually a lot of money.
“Of course we must take care of the bellies and kidneys of the order.” Titus laughed. “We would not want them all to go unattended.”
