Indeed he would have been correct in his assumption once more, the night did mean something altogether different to Kyrea, it was the time when her body changed, not outwardly, of course, no, but inwards. It was always a dark battle with herself at night, wanting to feed, desiring to hunt but denying it. No, as beautiful as any sunset could be, and she knew they were, they were not so beautiful in their meaning. It also meant, that she would have to put aside their conversation at some point and leave the side of this brilliantly wonderful man she had met, though she knew she would be back, she desired not to go at all but ultimately she would.
She now descended the stairs and made her way back over to where she had deposited her three books and ran a finger over the top most one. Drannis was there to meet her and raised a brow in her direction.
“I know love, I know.” She stated giving him a reassuring stare.
Titus sat down on the chair beside the desk by his bed. “Is it getting that time?” he asked, picking up one of the books from the desk. ‘Philosophies of Whalynn Flowers’ was the title, and as well the author. Titus had noticed the gazes between his two guests, and was well enough able to deduct what they likely meant.
He was in no rush to have them leave, but realizing that it would happen eventually, Titus accepted that it would likely be sooner rather than later, considering the time of day. Kyrea had been promising to return though, and frequently. This being the case, Titus was already looking forward to the next time he would see her.
“I will have a desk brought up for you first thing in the morning.” He said before he got an answer, and he said it with another smile. “I’ll make sure that it’s a large one.” He joked, though he actually meant it. He was going to give Kyrea a lot of space in his office and hope that she used it.
She hated to go, she absolutely and totally hated the idea of leaving his side, bu tthen an idea struck her. She could go now and perhaps be back before he finds sleep, and with her, bring a few of those books she had promised him earlier. Yes, that was definitely what she would do as she did not want him to witness her transformation at this point, though, in his learning of vampirism, she was likely to allow him to see the change in her, though it would be different form any vampire, Royalty goes through a change from night to day, it varies in each but is always quite painful.
“Yes I think it is best for me to perhaps leave for now.” She stated, a great reluctance in her voice. “Though it will give me the opportunity to bring over some of those tombs I have promised so that you may have some new study to enlighten your already brilliant mind.” She told him with a small smile.
She thought about that desk and her smile broadened all the more and then she took a deep breath. “Oh, I am certain I can put it to great use.” She said, referring to the desk of course.
That said, Kyrea walked to the side of the Giant man and took his hand in hers, and then turning to Titus she inclined her head and bid him fare well for now.
